Happy Tuesday! We’ve finally reached October and the weather here in the Pacific Northwest is starting to turn grey and cloudy after an unusually hot summer and it’s actually starting to feel like Fall! We all have those little details we love about Fall and today I wanted to share my favorite details! For instance, I love drinking a hot drink while I walk to class, feeling dried up leaves beneath my boots. I also love that I get to write and read while listening to rain hit my window all day long. And at 21 years old I still love roaming pumpkin patches for the perfect pumpkin to carve! The only difference is that nowadays I put more time and consideration into what I wear because a candid pose and the color of my sweater MUST look good in front of a pumpkin patch backdrop, am I right?

While we’re talking about details, let’s talk about fashion details. There are some particular trends that I’m really loving this season! 

For this outfit I threw on my favorite high waisted skinny jeans from Levi’s (the 721’s) and their latest Boyfriend button down, currently available in their Fall line! The faux leather jacket is one of my staples and its from Blank NYC.

This choker has been a trend for awhile now but it’s still my favorite accessory! A huge plus is that t’s my cheapest accessory too considering its only a simple strip of leather that an old coworker gave to me. I love pairing it with my leather jacket because leather and a choker gives off that slight edge that I crave once in awhile.

The other accessory I’m loving are my new boots! Knee high boots are always a must for my wardrobe when the weather gets called and these ones from Bucco are definitely winners!
