Brunch at Biscuit Bitch

Food Travel

Alright, guys, I actually went up North for this brunch hotspot! This is Biscuit Bitch, located in Seattle, Wa.

For Memorial Day Weekend my boyfriend and I decided to spend the long weekend exploring Seattle. I’m from Washington and Drew had never been so it turned into a fun weekend of exploring together and I got to show him some of my favorite places in the city. Biscuit Bitch was a must for brunch one day!

After standing in line for about an hour, we ordered our food and snagged a table outside and enjoyed some cold brew and sparkling raspberry lemonade while we waited for our biscuits.

Every time I go here it’s such a hard choice on what to get! Everything sounds and ends up being so delicious! With the exception of a couple menu items, everything is some sort of rendition of biscuits and gravy. For example, Drew ordered the “Easy Bitch,” which is sausage gravy over a biscuit and topped with two fried eggs. I ordered the “Smokin’ Hot Bitch,” which was sausage gravy over biscuits and topped with spicy sausage, cheese, and jalapeños.

So delicious and the perfect way to fuel our bodies for a nice walk through Belltown!

If you’re ever in Seattle, definitely hit up Biscuit bitch! The place is run by some really bad ass women and the food is just to die for!
